Hi all - we've been overwhelmed with emails, letters, cards, texts, calls, and good wishes from so many people, we know we will miss someone out if we try to answer them all personally. Besides, time is something we don't have a lot of these days. So we've created this blog to keep you updated on our journey as we face this major hurdle in our lives. Its been a challenging few weeks, and will continue to be so for the next few months, to say the least. Feel free to leave a comment - we'll be needing all the encouragement and prayer you can muster. You're all important to us, you have all played a part in our journey so far, and for that we thank God. Keep the faith!

We too subscribe to the "Miracle for Murray" ... with our church family here in Waimate praying too.
ReplyDeleteGod has encouraged us to believe for victory & breakthrough this year ... based on the truth of His Word. We are reminded of Exodus 20:12 and are praying that "you may live long in the land that the Lord your God has given to you" because we believe you have met the associated condition to that promise!

We are thinking of you and praying for you both everyday. Todays message on the Prayer of Jabez -
ReplyDelete“Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.”
Thats our prayer for you guys!!

Dear Murray (and family)
ReplyDeleteThank you Murray for keeping this blog. I know it's hard to repeat everything to all who ask at times like these, and this is a great way to keep everyone 'informed'. I've addressed this to all your family as I know how much this effects the the family as a whole. Ours prayers are with you all to stay strong for each other and especially for you Murray.
You are in our prayers always. God Bless

Last night I received an email from Mum asking me if I remembered a Murray Dixon from Balmoral. Of course I did how could I not! As a young teenage girl I thought if only I could find myself a boyfriend as dishy as you. I am sure I stayed around after church a little longer than need be to stand close by so you would say a word or two to me .( yes I found a dishy man & we have been married for 35 years.) I think Faye probably had giggle or two knowing that several of us young girls liked her man .
ReplyDeleteMurray you will both be very much in my
thoughts and prayers .
